Simplicity

At Simplicity, we like to keep our fees to a minimum!  Upon signing a processing agreement with Simplicity you have opted in to our proprietary marketing plan.  To cancel at any time, simply text your business name and request to 817.757.3914 to be un-enrolled.  Your services will be stopped immediately.  If you have questions about our marketing plan, read more below or call us at 817-757-3914.
The Simplicity Marketing Plan:  If you have a qualifying POS System, Simplicity can extract your customer list each month and create a strategic and time structured combination of email campaigns, text message campaigns and even send voice messages to your customers.  A typical plan may look like this:

Restaurant:
As a customer comes in and pays, after collecting their information (Email, name and phone number) that customer will receive a monthly coupon for 10% off or a free appetizer (based upon your needs).  Additionally they will receive a voice message thanking them for coming in and visiting your restaurant with a simultaneous email providing them with an additional coupon.  Simplicity will also text them from time to time (quarterly is recommended) reminding them to stop in and use their coupon.

Retail:
As a customer comes in and pays, after collecting their information (Email, name and phone number) that customer will receive a monthly coupon for 10% off their next purchase over $25.  Additionally they will receive a voice message thanking them for coming in and visiting your store with a simultaneous email providing them with an additional coupon.  Simplicity will also text them from time to time (quarterly is recommended) reminding them to stop in and use their coupon.
Fees:
$39.99 per month 0-500 customers marketed to.  
$49.99 per month 501-2,500 customers marketed to.  
$69.99 per month 2,500-5000 customers marketed to. 
$99.99 per month 5000-10,000 customers marketed to. 
$199.99 per month 10,000 25,000 customers marketed to. 
Then $19.99 per month for each additional 1,000 customers marketed to. 
Typical Results:
Who doesn't love coupons and most importantly, when was the last time you shopped or ate somewhere and got a personalized phone call to personally thank you for being a customer?  Our results are better than any other programs out there!  Our customers love us because they see the results with their own eyes.  Most opt to have the coupons, texts and voice mails go out on the same day each month to all of their customers.  This creates a surge in customers within the week that the campaign went out.  Customers will typically print out or show upon check out the coupon on their phone.  The coupon says in fine print at the bottom "This Coupon Powered by Simplicity".  Your POS has a coupon option and by adding the coupon to the Simplicity coupon categories, you can track your results.  Because these customers have already been to your business, this is considered a highly targeted marketing campaign.  On the low side, if just 1% of the coupons are used, and 5,000 coupons were sent out, that is 50 customers that may not have came in and visited you at that time.  If the average ticket is $25.00, with a 10% off coupon, you are still bringing in $22.50. That times 50 customers is $1,125.00!  considering it only cost you $69.99 to make that, its a no brainer!
